"Today, the internet has given pathetic losers a bigger forum than the table of eight.
There are, for example, online chat rooms — the very term telegraphing the silliness of what goes on there and the triviality of the participants — where so called professional copywriters who obviously have no clients gather, where jealous info-marketers gather, where customers we've fired gather, to gossip about and critisize me or Glazer-Kennedy or Bill.
I do not go online personally so I know this only through second-hand reporting, and the occasional instance when it becomes so slanderous and insistent we must dispatch the lawyers to kill.
Every so often someone feels compelled to download some of the emails or blogs and share them with me.
As if I was interested.
I suppose it'd be a big disappointment to these folks still stuck in high school that I don't care about them at all.
I care about my life and my opinions about myself and my wife, our dog, my racehorses, my next vacation, my investments, my charitable involvements.
I live as a superior being untouched by other's opinions — as should you.
If you are interested in chat, you are of no interest to me.
You ought to be embarassed.
So, here's the thing: do your thing.
That's how you get to have all the things you might enjoy having. Accomplish all the things you'd enjoy doing.
